Advocate : Support and Challenge
I am an Operations Director and Board Member for a UK and EU distributor. Working in Supply Chain Operations for the last 15 years across a few blue-chip companies.
I have had the opportunity to work with a large number of people, with the best part is being able to coach and develop the teams and see them flourish in their day to day lives as well as their careers.
I am a strong believer that early year’s education is key to setting up for their future lives. I have two children with one in the primary school years, seeing directly how a school can develop and influence their lives and behaviours.

Advocate: Community
I am a commercial property solicitor at a national law firm. Day to day, my role ranges from acting for commercial developers with strategic land acquisitions and management to general commercial property leases, disposals, acquisitions and refinancing.
In my spare time, I volunteer with several initiatives such as: the Women in Planning West Midlands network, which was set up for the advancement and empowerment of women; I am the Scout Secretary for 11th St James’ Hill Scout Group in Mere Green; and a Trustee of the King Edward VI Charitable Fund. I believe that it is important for children to have a strong educational foundation for them to build upon. I am a strong advocate for gender equality and this starts from educating others from an early age. More broad opportunities available to children from an early age will open up more doors for children to explore as they get older.
